Bought on Superhive?

Message us in the store

Use the Superhive inbox on the product page — you're automatically verified as a buyer and the conversation stays attached to your order. This is the fastest route.

Hit an error in-app?

Use "Get help"

Errors in Pattern Skin and Asset Forge show a "Get help" link and can package a small diagnostic zip (<5 MB, no personal data, no keys). Attach it — it usually halves the round-trips.

The add-on won't enable / "module not found"

Install the zip itself via Edit → Preferences → Add-ons → Install (don't unzip it first), then enable "Pattern Skin". Blender 4.x or 5.x required.

My relief looks flat or barely visible

Relief depth is real millimeters against your object's size. Run the print-readiness check — if the relief is too shallow for your nozzle/layer it will say so and fix it in one click.

AI buttons are greyed out

The AI features need your own (free) Replicate account — add your key in Settings; it's stored encrypted on your machine. Every paid action shows its price on the button.

My multi-material 3MF didn't split into slots

Use the "Bambu/Orca painted" export flavour for Bambu Studio and OrcaSlicer. For PrusaSlicer and others, use object-per-part 3MF or STL-per-part and assign materials in the slicer.

SVG patterns won't load

Direct SVG loading needs cairosvg in Blender's Python (one-click install in Settings), or export your SVG to PNG.

Where are my generated textures?

In your library folder on your machine — Asset Forge and Pattern Skin share it. We never host, store or see your images.

What support covers

Each product includes updates and support for that product. Pattern Skin is bought on Superhive; Asset Forge and Spector are bought here and are separate purchases — owning one does not include the others. Bug reports are welcome for all three and we genuinely want them. Refunds follow the policy of whichever store you bought from.
