The plain-language version. The full EULA ships inside the product download and governs where they differ.
Pattern Skin is GPL — as a Blender add-on it has to be, and we don't fight it. Run it on unlimited machines, read it, modify it, redistribute it under the GPL. Asset Forge is proprietary and is sold separately; it is not included with Pattern Skin, and it may not be redistributed or reverse-engineered. Owning one product does not grant any entitlement to the other.
Not the code — you have that under the GPL. Your purchase is an entitlement: the official download, updates, and support through the store. That entitlement is tied to your purchase and isn't transferable or resellable, even though the code itself is free.
Relief, parts, STLs, 3MFs, textures you generate, and physical prints — yours to use and sell, commercially or otherwise. We claim nothing in your output.
AI features run on your own Replicate account and key. You're responsible for that account, its costs, and compliance with Replicate's terms. We don't process payments for generation, don't proxy your requests, and never receive your images or key.
The software is provided as-is, without warranty. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the product. (Wyoming law governs.)
Refunds follow the store's policy where you bought it. "Nexusmill", "Pattern Skin", "Asset Forge" and "Spector" are trademarks of Nexusmill LLC; the GPL gives you rights to the code, not the names.
